This has become a go-to baking spice for me. I started using it in the fall when it came out and I just haven't stopped. (Yes, I made pumpkin snickerdoodles in April... let me live!). I have essentially started just subbing this in for all the warming spices in whatever recipe I'm using. It's such an easy swap and gives such a balanced result! I also love just dumping a bunch of it into oatmeal, pancake mix, even yogurt!

We use this so much in my house that the top won't close anymore haha! My toddler wants it in his pancakes, oatmeal, and French toast. It even features in his pretend play ("you want a pumpkin spicy coffee Mama? Be careful, it hot.")

So delicious on everything! I have used it in baked goods but also just sprinkled on kettle corn. Soooooo addictive and yummy!
