Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We strive to get your spices from our production facility to your kitchen as quickly as possible.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $65 (after discounts and before tax).

  • Shipping Rates: For orders under $65, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery Estimates: Standard shipping typically takes 1–10 business days via USPS or UPS, depending on your location.

International Shipping

We are happy to share our spices with the world. Please note the following for international orders:

  • Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Duties & Customs: Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. We recommend checking your local regulations regarding the import of food products.

  • Refund Policy: We do not offer replacements for damaged or incorrect international orders. Instead, we provide a refund if notified within 30 days of delivery.

  • Reshipping: If a package is returned to us by customs or the carrier, the customer is responsible for the cost of a new shipping label.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days with a photo of the damage and your order number so we can make it right.
