Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We strive to get your spices from our production facility to your kitchen as quickly as possible.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $65 (after discounts and before tax).

  • Shipping Rates: For orders under $65, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1โ€“3 business days.

  • Delivery Estimates: Standard shipping typically takes 1โ€“10 business days via USPS or UPS, depending on your location.

International Shipping

We are happy to share our spices with the world. Please note the following for international orders:

  • Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Duties & Customs: Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. We recommend checking your local regulations regarding the import of food products.

  • Refund Policy: We do not offer replacements for damaged or incorrect international orders. Instead, we provide a refund if notified within 30 days of delivery.

  • Reshipping: If a package is returned to us by customs or the carrier, the customer is responsible for the cost of a new shipping label.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Please allow 24โ€“48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days with a photo of the damage and your order number so we can make it right.
