This single-origin Sri Lankan vanilla boasts an intense aroma of sweet, dried fruit overlayed with distinct floral notes (think English tea roses). It is the same species as the vanilla we source from Madagascar, so an excellent way to compare the differing terroirs. Lovely paired with coconut desserts as a nod to Sri Lanka's palate, it is also good in classic cream and chocolate applications.
