Created with our friends at Juliet Restaurant, this blend is a surrealist’s Herbes de Provence with complex notes of curry leaf, rare white long pepper, herbs and spices. We chose to name it La Pluie, French for ‘The Rain’, because we think the blend smells beguilingly of petrichor, that wonderful scent of earth after a soaking rain. Use on eggs, vegetables, fish and poultry.
Classic Blends is our collection of kitchen favorites. Each is an original recipe informed by historic, cultural, and culinary influences and elevated by high-quality ingredients and Curio’s creative touch. Artful and versatile, these blends often feature single-origin spices and bring exceptional flavor to both every-day and special-occasion cooking. Be sure to visit our recipe library for inspiration!
