La Pluie Ranch Dressing

Makes 1 cup.
The unusual combination of herbal notes in La Pluie elevate this dressing, making it more enticing and flavorful than any ranch dressing you’ll find in a bottle. It's lovely for a tender bib lettuce salad and is also terrific as a sauce for roast chicken or salmon — or try it as a dip for fresh vegetables.
½ cup sour cream
½ cup buttermilk
1 tablespoon La Pluie
¼ teaspoon granulated garlic
¼ teaspoon sea salt
2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives
Put all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir until well-combined. Let the dressing rest for 20 minutes to allow the herbs' flavors to bloom. Use immediately or refrigerate for up to 5 days.
