Sugar maple sap is boiled over a wood fire until it crystallizes—a step beyond syrup—using sustainably harvested wood. Blended with freshly ground cinnamon, the result is a dreamy, maple-y sugar perfect for everything from hot cereal and French toast to cookies, cocktails, and pork.
