Ours has a mild-medium heat tempered by sweet rose petals sourced from a women's co-op in Morocco. Aromatic and addictive, our rose harissa blend shines as a dry rub or can easily be made into the more familiar paste. It brings savory, spicy, complex flavors to any dish.
