Balanced and sweet, with hints of rich, toasty cocoa, caramel, and malt, Hojicha’s mellowness comes from its unique roasting process, which reduces bitterness. It's naturally low in caffeine, making it a suitable sip for all ages and all times of day, as a hot or cold brew. While Hojicha is often found as loose leaf tea, our stone-milled version, like matcha, can be enjoyed in lattes, cakes, cookies, and pancakes.
