Cultivada con cuidado utilizando técnicas de agricultura regenerativa por nuestro socio agrícola Cinco Ramas en Costa Rica, esta pimienta negra tiene un brillante sabor a eucalipto y es nuestra pimienta negra más picante. Limpio y cítrico con un alto contenido de piperina, ¡es perfecto para el uso diario!

Contiene: Granos de pimienta negra.

  • Nombre botánico: Piper nigrum
  • Origen: San Carlos, República de Costa Rica
  • Abastecimiento: Procedente directamente de una pequeña granja familiar que utiliza prácticas agrícolas regenerativas y sostenibles.
  • Notas de cata: Cítrico, limpio, equilibrado, cálido, refrescante, eucalipto, herbáceo.
  • Combina bien con: sal marina fina de Maine y vainas de cardamomo verde
  • Pruébelo: ¡Mezcle pimienta costarricense recién molida con sal en escamas para crear un borde picante para su cóctel de verano favorito!
  • Consejos especiales: Para conservar la frescura, muela sólo justo antes de usar en un mortero o molinillo de pimienta.
