We directly source this naturally white sea salt from Pangasinan, Philippines, also known as the "Land of Salt". This slightly moist, fine-grained salt is hand-harvested from the pure Pacific seawaters using traditional Ilocano methods. Its crisp, clean flavor carries a complex and subtle minerality rooted in its Luzon merroir. Referred to in the Philippines as fino asin meaning "fine-grained salt," this salt is great for grilling and roasting, but can also be the finishing touch for all foods, both sweet to savory.
