Un raro chile mexicano originario de las montañas de Veracruz, el comapeño es brillante y cítrico, con el doble de picante que la cayena.  Estamos orgullosos de obtener este chile único de nuestros amigos de Boonville Barn Collective en California, una empresa propiedad de mujeres que trabaja para llevar chiles poco conocidos a las cocinas de los EE. UU. y el único productor comercial de este chile en los EE. UU. Con un color fantástico y un picante limpio y afrutado, nos encontramos recurriendo al comapeño al preparar guacamole, ceviche, carne estofada y salsa.
