Kōy Pantry Red Pepper Paste

From our friends at Kōy Pantry! Pepper paste is a commonly used condiment to add depth of flavor to dishes. Sweet peppers are harvested, deseeded and deveined, salted, air-dried, and cooked into a spreadable puree.

Use sparingly to add deep sweet pepper flavor to dips and spreads, braised meats, and stews; also great for spreading on toasted bread or using as a condiment on sandwiches. In Turkish cuisine, both tomato paste and pepper paste are typically used to compliment each other in dishes.
