Inspired by South Indian style curries, this deeply aromatic yellow curry spice mix is blended from our gorgeous Indian turmeric along with mace, nigella and white pepper. A mild, warming curry you can easily add cayenne to ramp up the heat. Great for classic curried chickpeas, daal, potatoes, or try in egg salad.
