This delightful herb is in the verbena family and closely related to Mexican oregano. Essential for Ethiopian cooking, especially niter kibbeh spiced butter, koseret has a minty, herbal flavor with hints of sweet basil and oregano. Bloom the flavor by sautéing in oil to use in soups or stews, or crush to add to spice mixes or as a garnish. With an aroma like pure sunshine, we can’t get enough!

Contains: Dried koseret leaves.
