Curio for a Cause

Native to Central America, epazote has been used for millennia in the region and is essential to many classic Mexican dishes. In addition to adding a distinctive earthy flavor, epazote is a practical addition to a pot of beans; the herb can help aid in digestion and reduce bloating*! Note: best used in small quantities.
