Mirzam Chocolate Makers based in Dubai make these exquisitely spiced bars with single origin chocolate and regionally sourced ingredients. When we first tasted them we were just - quiet. Using stone mills, the chocolate beans are slowly ground over several days to preserve the delicate, yet intense flavors.
