Introducing our newest Signature Blend: a fruity, zesty, golden spice mix! The pre-Colombian Zenú people were known for their female leaders and advanced waterways. This juicy South American mezcla combines Colombian chocolate pepper with Ecuadorian passion fruit and spices. Its golden hue derives from Colombian annatto and is an homage to the Zenú people's exquisite goldsmithing.

Cook up a batch of beans and rice, plantains or simply sprinkle over sliced fruit - this origin-inspired blend will transport you to the biodiverse richness that is Colombia.

Each of our Signature Blends is an original creation by our founder Claire Cheney inspired by the people, places, and seasons encountered in her travels. From professional chefs to novice home cooks these aromatic and unique blends are sure to inspire delicious creativity.
