Korean BBQ ‘Ssamjang’

Makes about ½  cup.

Ssamjang is a saucy condiment that’s a staple in Korean kitchens. You can easily transform our Korean BBQ blend into a similar, spicy sauce. Use it on sandwiches, in marinades, or add a spoonful to salad dressing for a zesty vinaigrette.

5 tablespoons Korean BBQ
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1½ teaspoons sesame oil

Put all ingredients into a small bowl and stir until well combined. The sauce is ready to use but will keep for two weeks, when tightly covered and refrigerated. 

This recipe can be doubled or tripled if you’re feeding a crowd.
