Iced Golden Milk (Turmeric Latte)

Our Golden Milk Turmeric Latte is lovely hot, but it’s also delicious served over ice for summer refreshment. Use this easy method to make the chilled version — you won’t even need turn on the stove! 

Makes two, 8-ounce servings.

2 tablespoons Golden Milk Turmeric Latte mix
2 cups almond milk
1 tablespoon honey, or more to taste
Ice, to serve
Two fresh mint leaves or dried rose petals, to garnish

Put the Golden Milk mix, milk, and honey in a pitcher. Whiz for about a minute using an immersion blender set on high-speed. (Alternatively, blend in a regular blender.) 

Put ice into two glasses. Pour spiced milk through a fine-mesh strainer into the glasses. Garnish with mint or crushed rose petals. Cheers!
