Iced Da Latte

Once you try this, you may not go back to take-out iced lattes!

Da Lat Spice deepens the coffee flavor and adds chocolaty notes, along with an uplifting kick of ginger and black pepper.

Fill a 16- or 20-ounce glass halfway with ice. Add about 1 cup of cold-brew coffee (or chilled, strongly brewed coffee), 2-3 tablespoons of Da Lat Spice Simple Syrup, and as much milk as you like (we love unsweetened almond milk in this drink). Stir and enjoy.

For a frothy version, put the coffee, milk, Da Lat syrup, and a couple of ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Shake for 20 seconds and strain into a glass half-full of ice.
