Ingredients
-
½ cup (1.5 ounces) Honeybush Chai
- 1 tablespoon honey or 2 tablespoons sugar
-
Sea salt
Directions
- Put the chai, sugar, and a tiny pinch of salt into a small saucepan. Add 3 cups of water to the pan and set it over medium-high heat. Boil the mixture for 2 minutes, then shut off the burner and let the chai infuse for 10-12 minutes.
- Pour the chai concentrate through a fine-mesh strainer into a clean jar. Discard the spices. Cover and chill. Store in the fridge.
