We've never tasted tomato paste like this before! An integral ingredient in almost all of Turkish cooking, this paste is made with ripe tomatoes which are hand-selected, washed, cut into pieces and then cooked down with a pinch of salt to make a spreadable paste. 

This paste adds deep, rich tomato flavor to sauces, soups and stews, braising meats, marinades for proteins, and more. In Turkish cuisine, both tomato paste and pepper paste are typically used to compliment each other in dishes.
