Ras el Hanout translates as 'top of the shop'. Popular throughout Morocco and North Africa, it has traditionally been a way to showcase high-quality spices and skillful blending—and our version is no exception! A blend of 13 spices, it is at once delicate and robust, with floral and earthy notes. Use this top-notch mix in rice dishes, tagine, with roasted vegetables and fish.
