Small batch crafted Turmeric Honey from Old Friends Farm in Amherst, MA. It is shelf stable, and the addition of a small amount of cider vinegar thins the consistency - it pours like maple syrup (not like honey). Use in salad dressings, mixed drinks (makes a fantastic hot toddy!), over vanilla ice cream, or with seltzer and lime for a homemade spritzer! Old Friends Farm has pioneered growing ginger and turmeric in the Northeast! We're excited to offer this delicious, locally grown and made product.
