Highly fragrant, these directly-sourced hot-pink rose petals from a Moroccan desert oasis come from the Damask rose. They are wonderful added to desserts, cocktails or steeped with tea. With an ancient pedigree, Damask roses are thought to have been first cultivated in central Asia or Iran millennia ago and are an integral flavor component in Middle Eastern and North African cuisines. We work closely with the woman-run co-op in Morocco that produces these incredible flowers. Read our field report on Claire's blog here, or watch our mini film here to learn more!
