Widely used and beloved throughout the Middle East, Harissa is a North African spice and condiment that is particularly popular in Tunisia for vegetables, meat, eggs and breads. Ours has a mild-medium heat tempered by sweet rose petals sourced from a women’s co-op in Morocco. Often found as an easy to make paste, our aromatic and addictive rose harissa blend also shines as a dry rub. It brings savory, spicy, complex flavors to any dish. Contains a small amount of sea salt.
