Growing only in a specific Southern micro-climate in Cambodia, this rare and exceptional black pepper is protected by a Geographical Indication of Origin, similar to Champagne in France or Gruyère cheese in Switzerland. The unique terroir of Kampot Province gives this black pepper notes of eucalyptus, jasmine, and spruce along with the piquant heat associated with fine peppercorns.
