This spiced summer sangria brings bold, aromatic depth to the classic wine punch with a warming infusion of Summer Sangria Spice. Steeped with honey or maple syrup, the spice blend infuses red wine, brandy, and orange juice with complex flavor that elevates every sip. Add your favorite summer fruits—like cherries, oranges, or peaches—for a juicy, refreshing finish. It’s an easy, make-ahead party drink perfect for hot days and festive nights!
Our spiced sangria is a summer favorite! This kit allows you to make a party beverage with amazing flavor — the spices add sparkle and depth to create a memorable sangria. We suggest using Rioja or Pinot Noir.
Make the spiced concentrate Put the entire bag of Summer Sangria Spice into a heat-proof container. Stir in hot water and honey or maple syrup. Steep for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Make the sangria Strain the spiced concentrate into a pitcher; discard the spice solids.
Add bottle red wine, brandy, and orange juice to the pitcher and stir to combine. Add cut fruit (your choice; cherries, oranges, raspberries, peaches, etc.). Let rest in the fridge for 4–6 hours and serve over ice!
Recipe Note
Notes: For a sweeter version, increase the honey or syrup to 1/2 cup.

Hi again, Anita.
Correction. Don’t add ice to the pitcher until you’re ready to serve! Sorry!

Hi, Anita!
Susan from the Curio kitchen, here. I haven’t tried this, but here’s where I’d start
Boil 3 cups water with 1/2 cup sweetner. Add 3 black tea bags plus the pouch of spices. Set off the heat. Pull the tea bags out after 6 minutes. Leave the rest to steep for 30 minutes.
Strain the concentrate into a pitcher with ice and stir in 2 cups OJ. TASTE … You may need to dilute further with more water or adjust sweetener.. You could add a cup of apple juice.
Add 4 cups fruit (chopped peaches, nectarines, plums, pitted sweet cherries, etc. Chill for 4 hours. Serve over.
Let me know how you make out!
Salut!

Sorry I missed the session, but what do you suggest using Summer as a mock beverage?
