About this event
We are excited to welcome Kimi Ceridon - friend of Curio and founder of Life Love Cheese - to the lab! Kimi is a local cheese whizz who does monthly pop-ups in Somerville, sells arranged cheese boards, and is working towards opening her own brick-and-mortar in the area. She'll be sampling and selling some of her favorite cheeses and offering spice pairing suggestions throughout. Come stop by and say hi!

About your cheesemonger: Kimi Ceridon, the founder of Life. Love. Cheese., spent over a decade in tech before saying "Goodbye" to the cubicle and going to culinary school. She has a MLA in Gastronomy and an Artisan Cheese Certificate from BU. She's also trained in cheesemaking at Sterling College alongside Jasper Hill before spending time as a cheesemonger at Formaggio Kitchen. Now, she is an artisan cheese instructor at BU. Her company, Life. Love. Cheese. focuses on highlighting American cheese makers and artisans with a special emphasis on makers of the Northeast.
