Three types of chiles, brown sugar, smoked sea salt, alliums, cinnamon, oregano, and ginger combine with the sweet tang of real tomato powder for a bold, savory bite. For authentic Central Texas BBQ flavor, rub it on brisket, ribs, and other meats before grilling or smoking, or stir it into stews and braises for slow-cooked depth. Excellent on beans and roasted root vegetables.
