This green, piquant blend is inspired by the verdant countryside of Bonga, Ethiopia where we source herbs and spices from a women’s cooperative. Made with green chilies in lieu of the traditional red, our Bonga Spice blend is anchored in iconic flavors like koseret (a lemony herb) and besobela (a type of basil). Rub onto chicken, beef, or veggies for mildly hot, lively flavor. Use to season lentils or sautéed greens. Great for marinating too!
