If you can make salad dressing, you can make this aioli. It comes together in seconds and has a delightful, herby flavor courtesy of our Herb Goddess blend. We use a whole egg in this recipe to create a lighter texture that’s great for dipping raw vegetables, dressing pasta salads, or using as a sauce for grilled, well, anything.

Ingredients

1 egg
- 1 cup olive oil

3 tablespoons Herb Goddess
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

½ teaspoon sea salt
Directions
Put all the ingredients into the jar of a blender and process at high speed until the mixture is creamy and fluffy, about 30 seconds. Alternatively, use an immersion blender.
- Transfer to a lidded container and refrigerate for 2 hours (or better, overnight) to allow the flavors to bloom.
- The aioli will keep, tightly covered and refrigerated, for one week.
