In collaboration with Mei Mei Boston, a woman-owned restaurant, we developed this salty, spicy, citrusy spice mix. Málà means “hot and spicy” in Mandarin, a flavor combo that is especially popular in Sichuan cuisine. This addictive, zesty and uplifting salt is great on anything from popcorn to chicken, eggs, roasted veggies, mapo tofu, fresh mangoes, and more!
