Cinnamon Leaf, Sri Lankan
The dried leaves from Cinnamomum verum tree, commonly known as ‘sweet’ or ‘true’ cinnamon. Related to the Indian bay leaf, but with a lovely hint of cinnamon. Use in soups, sauces, and curries as you would bay.
