Bốn means ‘four’ in Vietnamese, and this version of the French ‘Four Spice’ features a rare spice called giổi or doi seed a musky, aromatic berry hand gathered from ancient trees in North Vietnam. Sourced during her recent trip to Vietnam, Curio founder Claire Cheney created this small-batch blend to celebrate the unique flavors and aromas of Vietnamese cuisine. This fragrant, piquant blend pairs well with meats and poultry (especially French inspired dishes like pâté), in cream sauces, boldly flavored broths, or simply roasted with root vegetables.
